Once at our destination, we explore on foot. Walking forms the core of the experience, allowing us to minimise the use of motorised transport wherever possible. Vehicles are used only when necessary to reach designated start and finish points.

ENVIRONMENT AND WILDLIFE

We actively follow the Leave No Trace principles, and all of our guides are fully trained in responsible outdoor practices. Throughout every activity, our guides work to minimise any impact on the environment, wildlife and local communities.

During your trip, you'll learn practical ways to travel responsibly, helping you carry these skills with you on future adventures both in Scotland and beyond. Our guides are passionate ambassadors for Scotland's wild landscapes and enjoy sharing their knowledge of the natural environment.

Accommodation & Meals

We carefully select the accommodation used on our trips and encourage our partners to embrace sustainable practices, including reducing waste, reusing resources and recycling wherever possible.

Scotland is renowned for the quality of its natural produce, and we aim to source food and drink locally whenever we can. We also support businesses that showcase seasonal Scottish ingredients, including locally produced meat, dairy and other regional specialities.

Remote Working

Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond our trips. We operate as a remote-working business to help reduce our overall carbon footprint.

Across our day-to-day operations, we prioritise reducing waste, reusing materials and recycling wherever possible. We also choose environmentally friendly products and support local suppliers whenever practical.
