1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?

I can't pinpoint which part was the most memorable. The glaciers were impressive. The Quebrada De La Conchas mountains breathtaking. Iguazu waterfalls were a sight to behold;' not to be missed. And the Tango show in Buenos Aires was thoroughly enjoyable and gave us a taste of the country we were about to discover.

2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?

Make sure to verify all the information of your itinerary on Vamoos. Do not be afraid to question your guides and the operator on things that you are uncertain about. Pack light. Do not book Delvino hotel; there was black mold on the walls outside. The room was old, paint peeling and dirty. Could have used a coat of paint. The bedsheets were old and stained. There was no refrigerator in the room and very few plugs to use with cell phone, camera, electronic equipment.

3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

I do. We purchased several items from Argentinos that were crafted by them. We ate at many local restaurants. We tipped our guides, chauffeurs and wait persons generously. We threw our trash in designated receptacles.

4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

It was a trip of a lifetime. My head is full of memorable and wonderful memories.

CARBON REDUCTION

-A Medida, Region-Based Itinerary Design
The journey is structured with multi-night stays in Buenos Aires, El Calafate, El Chaltén, Torres del Paine, and Ushuaia, reducing unnecessary backtracking and balancing flights with overland travel across Patagonia.

-Say Bosque Regeneration Commitment
Through Say Bosque initiative, each journey contributes directly to native forest restoration projects in Patagonia, embedding carbon reduction and regeneration into the cost of travel itself. In collaboration with ReforestArg, we plant ten trees for every traveler to contribute to the cherished landscapes we adore.
Twice a year, we journey to Cholila, Chubut – Argentine Patagonia – to plant these trees, playing our part in preserving native forests, bolstering the local community, and giving back to Mother Earth.

ENVIRONMENT AND WILDLIFE

-Support for Protected and UNESCO Areas
Visits to Los Glaciares National Park, Torres del Paine National Park, and Tierra del Fuego National Park directly contribute to conservation efforts, park maintenance, and biodiversity protection.

-Responsible Wildlife Observation
Wildlife encounters during the Beagle Channel navigation, Patagonian steppe crossings, and national park excursions are conducted with strict respect for natural habitats and species such as guanacos, condors, seabirds, and marine mammals.
