Responsible tourism
As the pioneers of responsible tourism, we screen every trip so you can travel knowing your vacation will help support conservation and local people.

In our office in sunny Brighton we work hard to recycle as much as we possibly can. We even buy our paper off the same company we recycled it with resulting in a closed loop system. As we provide our staff with a healthy lunch every day, we also collect our food waste for compost so that it doesn’t end up in the land fill.
Our local suppler in Argentina and Chile share our values when it comes to recycling, also separating paper in their offices.
We encourage our customers to be responsible travelers in Argentina and Chile by including a document with their confirmation on topics to think about when they're away. This covers wildlife and fauna, how to prevent destruction through sensible buying of local artifacts made of rare wood or posing for photos with wildlife and interfering with it's nature habitat. Also included is a 'Keeping it Beautiful' section which reminds and encourages our customers to not litter, leaving rocks and plants where they are and trying to set a good example for other tourists and locals alike.
The Impacts of this Trip
In Argentina we support a local project and give our customers the option to make a small donation. They support low income families with their basic needs, improving their health, offering education and the chance to improve the quality of their lives. The project aims to feed, teach, strengthen and support the poorest families in Buenos Aires, offering the families work in a community orchard and farm, allowing families to generate their own basic needs, to find a place in the work force, improving their quality of life and integrating them back into society.
When traveling on the Beagle Channel or local guide will educate visitors on the responsible way to view the wonderful wildlife, explaining the importance of seeing things in their natural habitat, without disturbing and harming the environment.,
We’ve searched high and low in Argentina and found hotels offering small-scale, local charm to give you a real taste of Argentina and Chile. Locally run boutique hotels offering a unique experience with money going directly in to the country rather than staying in bland chain hotels.
Customers are encouraged to try out local restaurants and markets not only for enjoyment but to support these communities and the economy.
Our local partners only employ local people and offer them flexible working hours so they can fit their work around other commitments.
