Uganda primate safari and wildlife vacation

During this trip, you will be visiting different national parks. Park entry fees and fees paid for the activities to Uganda Wildlife Authority will be supporting conservation efforts of Uganda Wildlife Authority, a conservation body to protect all wild animals, birds and vegetation in and around the national parks
You will visit Murchison Falls National Park which is Uganda's biggest conservation body, Kibale National park also known as the primate capital of the world and popular for chimpanzee trekking safaris and bird watching, Queen Elizabeth National park for a boat safari and wildlife game drive, Bwindi Impenetrable National park for the mountain gorillas and Lake Mburo National Park.

You are not allowed to litter the national parks with any rubbish, plastic bottles, food among others. Some animals can feed on them and this can affect their well being. Anything you want to dispose off should be given to your safari guide to dispose off appropriately.

People

During gorilla tracking, we highly recommend that you hire services of a porter to help support you during your gorilla trek. The money is paid directly to the porter and this money is used to support their families and paying school fees for their children.

During the trip, you will have stopovers at different craft shops so as to buy souvenirs directly from the local people so that they can afford basic needs. You will also get to interact with the local people and learn about their ways of life, a word or two in their language and culture.

You will stay at accommodations that employ the local people from the communities and buy food from the local people thus supporting them financially. Most of the materials used to build these lodges are sourced locally as well.
