Too many to pick just one highlight - spending an hour with a family of 10 mountain gorillas, a balloon flight over the Masai Mara at sunrise, seeing wild chimpanzees, spotting elephants, big cats, hippos.... The list could go on.

So many - the highlights were seeing the gorillas after 2.5 hours trekking, flying on a cesna over Lake Albert and landing on a grass landing strip with elephants by the side of the runway, watching hippos from the balcony of the lodge, arriving to the lodge by boat

Gorilla Tracking was just outstanding. Many other highlights of the tour (camping in the Serengeti, visit of local villages, rafting the Nile) were also great.
Tips?
Prepare for long truck, bus and jeep rides, bring maybe a sleeping pillow or similar. Mattress is not necessary and a sleeping bag just for two nights, so don't
bother to waste too much space for this. Hiking boots for the gorillas are a must. Don't miss out on the Pygmy village!
