Meals are designed around seasonal produce, which reduces the need for long-distance transport and supports local agriculture. Leftover food waste is not discarded—it’s given to staff for their farm pigs, contributing to a closed-loop system. Vegan and vegetarian diets are also accommodated, offering plant-based meal options that further support the goal of reducing environmental impact.
