A great adventure through the wilderness of Mongolia! We’ll traverse the vast grassland of Mongolia, blend into the nomadic life and hear some great stories of Genghis Khan and his warriors.

Environment
As we are traveling in the wild nature of Mongolia, it’s important to minimize the impact of our visit on the natural environment. It’s encouraged that we share our food and water as much as possible so that we don’t create too much wasted bottles or plastic packaging.
During our trip, our group leader and local guide take active steps to ensure our groups behave in an environmentally responsible manner, such as not leaving anything behind and not removing any plants.

People

We’ll have a local Mongolian leader and driver throughout the trip with some local guides sharing more insight. They will help you break down the barriers for more local interaction and help you understand the local customs and traditions and how to behave properly in the local community.
At Selenge River, we’ll be welcomed into a local Nomadic family and it’s a great opportunity for us to understand the traditional way of life. Outside of Ulaan Bataar is the Lotus Children’s Home which provides housing and schooling for orphans from the city. Travelers may have the option to visit – one of the most worthwhile experiences of your whole trip and donations of children’s clothing, school supplies and medicines will be appropriately distributed.
