3. All homestays partially operate on solar power for indoor lighting. They are locally owned and the families take significant/visible steps to ensure environmental conservation.

4. The Wildlife SOS (Agra & Mathura) and Dhonk (Ranthambore) animal conservation communities you visit will demonstrate their work through quantifiable information which will help you understand the 'real' difference made in rescue and rehabilitation and in reducing animal and human conflict.

5. We source most of the raw material for cooking from local farms to avoid emissions due to long-distance transportation.

6. All our vehicles comply with the recent emission standards applicable in India. The drivers have training to drive within speed limits for the most optimum emissions. As per the latest norms, all passenger vehicles use up to 10% ethanol blend with the fuel which reduces the tailpipe emissions further.

7. At most places, your accommodations will be built with sustainable natural materials such as stone and mud. This helps in better temperature regulation, lowers the need for heaters, and preserves traditional architecture. The hotels we use also demonstrate substantial efforts towards sustainability.

People

1. For all your activities, we have trained members from the village community. This not only gives direct income to them but also stops migration to the cities. The trainings have caused a significant rise in communication and interpersonal skills which help the communities outside of tourism also.

2. We have a gender neutral team on the ground that manages and conducts your activities, and accommodations. This is in line with the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals.

3. Storytelling is an important element in all our tours and enhances your overall experience. Be it about the communities, villages, or the way they interact with the forest and wildlife. Telling stories is important to keep the culture alive at the place you visit. Our storytellers (not guides) will communicate with you beyond mere sightseeing which helps you develop meaningful connections with our country and its people.
