• Installing motion-sensor lighting in restrooms and stairwells to save electricity.
• Turning off electrical devices when not in use.
• Maximizing the use of natural light in common areas.

• Integrating solar-powered outdoor lighting in areas like the parking lot and garden.
• Maximizing natural design elements (light and ventilation) to reduce the need for air conditioning and artificial lighting.
• Energy-saving practices: using LED lights, keycard systems in rooms that automatically turn off electricity when guests leave, and motion sensors in public areas.

We can accommodate vegetarian or vegan food upon request. 100% local sourced food supply.

We use buses for whole group to reduce CO2 per person.

• No single-use plastics: Glass bottles and water filters replace plastic; waste is sorted and recycled.
• Water-saving: Efficient showerheads and rainwater used for daily needs and landscaping.
• Low noise, low impact: Secluded location with no loudspeakers, preserving natural quiet.
• Eco-friendly materials: Bamboo, recycled wood, natural stone, and terracotta tiles.
• Local sourcing: Khu Cao Restaurant uses ingredients from our organic garden and nearby suppliers to cut transport emissions.

Hoang Su Phi Bungalow
• Plastic-free approach: No plastic straws; guests are encouraged to bring reusable bottles, with filtered water stations available.
• Sustainable waste & water management: Waste is sorted at the source (organic, recyclable,residual); rainwater is collected for garden irrigation.
• Eco-conscious construction: Wood and stone are sourced sustainably; chemical paints are minimized to reduce environmental impact.

Minasi Hotel & Spa
• The hotel carry out daily waste collection and sorting, minimize the use of single-use plastics and encourage guests to reuse towels and bed linens to save water.
• Shampoo and shower gel are provided in refillable glass bottles, which helps significantly reduce plastic waste.

Hotel De Sapa
• Waste sorting & recycling: Bins are placed throughout the property for easy separation at source.
• Plastic reduction: Glass bottles, bamboo/paper straws, and bamboo amenities replace singleuse plastics.
• Refill stations: Filtered water and iced tea are available; guests are encouraged to bring reusable bottles on tours.

Cat Ba Paradise Hotel
• LED lighting saving electric is used at lobby, hall, guest’s room.
• Separate recyclables, organic waste, and general waste.
• Single-use plastics have been largely eliminated.

• Rainwater is collected and reused for irrigation and cleaning purposes.
