1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your vacation?

Visiting Iguazú falls - it’s stunningly beautiful.

2. What tips would you give other travelers booking this vacation?

It’s well worth visiting both sides of the falls to see it’s whole magnificence.

We added Paraty and Ilha Grande in
Brazil to the itinerary, which were great (although note that it’s a 4.5hr drive from Rio to Paraty).

3. Did you feel that your vacation benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

Yes. It was great to use a local company as that benefits the local economy. The places we visited in both Argentina and Brazil seemed keen to reduce
environmental impacts eg on the jungle and its inhabitants. It was great to see that the jungle lodge in Iguazú took up only as much space as necessary - it was like it was moulded into the jungle.

4. Finally, how would you rate your vacation overall?

Brilliant vacation visiting beautiful and iconic places. Although there was some traveling involved it was very well organised. The trip was a fantastic way to see key Argentinian and Brazilian sights in a relatively short timescale and I’d recommend it to anyone.

CARBON REDUCTION

-Compact, Region-Based Itinerary Design
The route links Buenos Aires, Iguazú, and Rio de Janeiro through efficient regional flights and multi-night stays, minimizing unnecessary transfers while maximizing time on the ground.

-Low-Impact, Walking-Focused Experiences
Activities such as the Buenos Aires city tour, boardwalk exploration at Iguazú National Park, and sightseeing at Corcovado and Sugarloaf emphasize walking and short-distance transport.

-Say Bosque Regeneration Commitment
Through Say Bosque initiative, each journey contributes directly to native forest restoration projects in Patagonia, embedding carbon reduction and regeneration into the cost of travel itself. In collaboration with ReforestArg, we plant ten trees for every traveler to contribute to the cherished landscapes we adore.
Twice a year, we journey to Cholila, Chubut – Argentine Patagonia – to plant these trees, playing our part in preserving native forests, bolstering the local community, and giving back to Mother Earth.

ENVIRONMENT AND WILDLIFE

-Protection of UNESCO and Iconic Natural Sites
The itinerary includes Iguazú National Park (Argentina and Brazil) and Tijuca Forest in Rio de Janeiro, supporting conservation of rainforest ecosystems and biodiversity.

-Responsible Wildlife Observation
Guided walks on the Argentine side of Iguazú Falls encourage respectful wildlife spotting, including birds, butterflies, and small mammals, without disturbing natural habitats.

-Environmental Interpretation by Local Guides
Tours such as the Argentine-side Iguazú Falls excursion and Corcovado visit through Tijuca Forest provide context on rainforest ecology, water systems, and conservation challenges.
