Arrving at the first village on day one of the trek - incredible setting and the most spectacular place to have a cup of tea anywhere in Ethiopia!
Tips?
Take some alternative nibbles for when you tire of injera. Wear high factor sunscreen - it's high up so it might not feel hot but you burn quicker. Drink lots of water.

The vacation was a great opportunity to discover so much more than a name associated to famine and war. From cultural awareness through visits of historical sites to walking in an astonishing nature, a great mix for a week's break from work!
